Online entries will be accepted between 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time on June 1, 2007 and 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on August 31, 2007. Mailed entries must be received by the official judging organization before 5:00 PM Eastern Time on August 31, 2007. 2. ELIGIBILITY – Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Excluded from eligibility are employees, agents and sales representatives of Revlon Canada (“Sponsor”), Mazda Canada, their respective parents, related, and affiliated companies, Sponsor’s advertising and promotional agencies, the contest judging organization, and members of the immediate family (defined as parents, siblings, children or spouse, regardless of where they reside) and households of such employees, agents and sales representatives. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY – You may enter without purchase by hand printing your name, complete mailing address and daytime phone number (including area code) on a plain piece of paper, along with a hand-written 150 word essay describing why you prefer Revlon cosmetics. Mail your essay in an envelope bearing sufficient postage to: Revlon Mazda Contest, P.O. Box 250 R, Pickering, Ontario, L1V 2R4.
3. HOW TO ENTER – To enter online, go to the Contest website (www.RevlonMazda.com), follow the instructions and enter the required information. For online entry, you will be required to complete a registration form (first name, last name, age, e-mail address, complete mailing address and phone number, including area code). Once this information is submitted, you are automatically entered into the Contest Prize Draw.
To enter by mail, complete this entry form and mail it together with the cash register receipt, in an envelope bearing sufficient postage to: Revlon Mazda Contest, P.O. Box 250 R, Pickering, Ontario, L1V 2R4. Entries must be received by 5:00PM Eastern Time on August 31, 2007.
4. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING – A total of 2,003 sweepstakes prizes are available to be won consisting of the following: Three (3) 2007 True Red Mazda MX-5 GX roadsters equipped with automatic transmission and air conditioning (includes taxes, all freight to local dealer and dealer preparation charges, but does not include the cost of license or insurance). Approximate retail value of $36,000 each; two thousand (2000) Canvas Summer Tote bags containing a hostess gift bag and the one (1) of each of the following Revlon product – Super Lustrous Shiny Sheers, Luxurious Color eyeliner, Makeup Eraser Pen, (approximate retail value $35.00).
