Commencing on or about August 29, 2007, "Baking is Back $25,000 Shopping Spree" promotion ( the "Promotion") information will be available at participating grocery stores in Canada, while supplies last, through Robin Hood®/MD "Baking is Back" Recipe Booklets, on Robin Hood Baking Is Back Displays, in a Robin HoodE-Newsletter sent to existing www.robinhood.ca members, and on the Robin Hood®/MD (www.robinhood.ca) Canadian website .


HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. There are two (2) ways to enter the Promotion and a limit of one (1) entry per person regardless of medium of entry.
Commencing at 12:01:00 AM (ET) on August 29, 2007 and ending at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on January 14, 2008 (the "Promotion Period"), log onto www.robinhood.ca; select your language of preference; and click on the contest icon. You will be required to register on the Robin Hood website to become a member of the Robin Hood community to receive access to Robin Hood website features, by entering your full name, e-mail address, complete mailing address including postal code, date of birth, daytime telephone number including area code, entering and confirming a password, and tick the box if you would like to opt in to receive future information regarding promotions. Indicate that you have read, understood, and accepted the Official Rules by checking the appropriate box. Enter the security code found on the webpage. Select the "Enter Now" icon and your entry will be automatically submitted. Existing members of the Robin Hood community who have previously registered at www.robinhood.ca can enter the Promotion by logging in, confirming or updating the information displayed, completing any missing information, indicating that they have read, understood, and accepted the Official Rules by checking the appropriate box, enter the security code found on the webpage and selecting the "Enter Now" icon. On a plain piece of paper print your full name, complete mailing address including postal code, date of birth, daytime telephone number including area code and mail in an envelope bearing sufficient postage to: "Baking is Back $25,000 Shopping Spree" Promotion, P.O. Box 302, Dept 246, Oakville, ON L5J 5A2. YOU MUST PRINT YOUR PROVINCE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE ENVELOPE.
All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM (ET) on January 14, 2008 (the "Promotion Closing Date"). Any person who has entered more than once per day will be disqualified and all entries received from such persons during the Promotion Period will be disqualified.
REFER A FRIEND: Upon selecting the "Enter Now" icon on www.robinhood.ca, you will be asked if you would like to "Refer a Friend". If you would like to "Refer a Friend" that you know and you think that he/she would like to receive information about this contest you will be asked to provide your friend's e-mail address. Upon entering your friend's e-mail address and clicking "Send the Invitation", an e-mail will be sent from your e-mail address advising your friend about the Promotion. When you send the invitation to one or more friends, you will receive a Robin Hood product discount coupon from the Sponsor as a "thank-you". The product coupon will be mailed to you within 45 days of the Draw Date (as defined below), to the address you provided to register on the Robin Hood website.

PRIZES: There are a total of twenty-six (26) Prizes available to be won.

GRAND PRIZE: There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won amongst all eligible entries received by all permitted methods by the Promotion Closing Date. The Grand Prize consists of a $25,000 CDN shop! Card (the "$25,000 Gift Card"). The $25,000 Gift Card is valid to purchase goods or services only at participating merchants within participating properties in Cadillac Fairview's gift card program in an amount up to or below the available balance of the $25,000 Gift Card. For a list of mall locations and participating stores visit http://www.shops.ca/. The Gift Card cannot be redeemed, refunded or exchanged for credit or cash. If the Winner resides further than 150 kilometers from a Cadillac Fairview Mall, the Sponsor may at its sole discretion, select another mall of its choice and will have a $25,000 Gift Card issued by the mall closer to the Winner's residence. SECONDARY PRIZES: There are twenty-five (25) Secondary Prizes available to be won. Secondary Prizes will be awarded regionally as follows: For residents of the Province of Ontario there are five (5) Secondary Prizes available to be won from all eligible entries received by all permitted methods of entry by the Promotion Closing Date. British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, the North West Territories, Yukon and Nunavut (in aggregate), there are five (5) Secondary Prizes available Province of Quebec, there are five (5) Secondary Prizes available Provinces of Newfoundland and Labrador, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia (in aggregate) there are five (5) Secondary Prizes available to be won The remaining five (5) Secondary Prizes will be randomly drawn from all remaining eligible entries received by all permitted methods of entry by the Promotion Closing Date regardless of the province/territory

RANDOM DRAWS: There will be two (2) random draws made by the independent contest organization in Oakville, Ontario.

GRAND PRIZE DRAW: The first random draw is for the Grand Prize which will be made by the independent contest organization on January 30, 2008 (the "Draw Date") at 10:00 am (ET) in Oakville, ON, amongst all eligible entries received by all permitted methods of entry by the Promotion Closing Date.
SECONDARY PRIZE DRAWS: A second random draw for the Secondary Prizes will be made by the independent contest organization on January 30, 2008 (the "Draw Date") at 11:00 am (ET) in Oakville, ON,

Each selected entrant will be contacted by mail or telephone within ten (10) business days of the Draw Date. If any selected entrant cannot be contacted within the time frame indicated above, his/her entry will be disqualified and another entrant will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries and the process above will be repeated until such time as contact is made with a selected entrant or there are no more eligible entrants. Prior to being declared a Winner, each selected entrant must first correctly answer without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question posed by mail or telephone at a mutually convenient time within the ten (10) business days of the Draw Date.
