PRIZES: There will be a total of twenty-one (21) prizes available to be won (each a “Prize”).
GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) Grand Prize available to be won consisting of a spa trip for two (2) people to the Willow Stream Spa at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess in Scottsdale, Arizona. The Prize consists of return economy airfare for two (2) persons departing from the Canadian international airport closest to the Winner’s residence to Phoenix, Arizona, three (3) nights accommodation at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, in a standard room, based on double occupancy, four (4) spa services to be selected by the Winner and his/her guest up to a maximum value of $1,200 (USD) and one thousand dollars ($1,000 CDN) spending money. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $6,700 CDN based on a Toronto departure. Actual retail value may vary depending on the city of departure and travel dates. Trip must be completed by December 31, 2008 and is subject to availability at time of booking. Winner must provide at least ninety (90) days notice prior to desired departure date. The Winner and his/her travel guest must each have proof of valid travel documents prior to ticketing and the right to enter the United States of America. The Winner and his/her travel guest must be Canadian residents to qualify for the Prize. The Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to select the airline. No frequent flyer miles will be available for this trip. The Winner and his/her travel guest are responsible for transportation to and from the designated departure airport, transfers between the destination airport and hotel and all other expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to: ground transportation, meals, airport taxes, insurance, items of personal nature, telephone, fax or cable charges, personal services and expenses and other incidentals costs. The Winner may select a cash alternative of $5,000.00 CDN in lieu of the Grand Prize described above.
SECONDARY PRIZES: There will be twenty (20) Secondary Prizes available to be won. Each Secondary Prize consists of a Foot Spa Gift Set which includes; one (1) Obusforme – by Conair Cord Reel Massaging Foot Bath (Model OBFB51C); one (1) exfoliating foot scrub & nourishing cream; one (1) pair of ultra-plush socks; one (1) nail polish, and one (1) pedicure set. Approximate retail value of each Secondary Prize is $150.00 (CDN). Each Winner may select a cash alternative of $150.00 CDN in lieu of the Secondary Prize described above.
