Rules:
1. Contest Period:

Contest commences 9:01am EST Friday February 15, 2008 ending at 9:01am EST Tuesday, March 25, 2008 (“Contest Period”).

2. How To Enter:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter the Contest, entrants must either be an existing member of the SCENE loyalty program (“SCENE”) or they must become a member within the Contest Period and maintain their SCENE membership to the end of the Contest Period. To become a SCENE member, guests must follow the enrolment steps outlined on www.scene.ca. To enter the Contest, members must complete the ‘Movie Lovers Get It Quiz’ within the Extras section of scene.ca. Members that hold a SCENE ScotiaCard or a SCENE VISA card at the time they complete the quiz will receive double the contest entries. Members will earn one (1) entry for completing the quiz. For additional entries, members must answer the Quiz questions correctly. Members will earn one (1) additional entry for each question answered correctly. There will be a maximum of ten (10) additional entries per contestant for a total of eleven (11) entries.

To receive double the contest entries without being a SCENE ScotiaCard cardholder or SCENE VISA cardholder you must submit a minimum 100-word essay on “Things I like about SCENE” to: The Movie Lovers Get It™ Contest, 1303 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON, M4T 2Y9. Be sure to include you full name, address and telephone number along with your entry. Members will earn one (1) entry for each essay submitted. Mail entries must bear sufficient postage and be received on or before March 25, 2008.

2. Prizes:

The number and description of the prize (“Prizes”) available to be won at the outset of the Contest are as follows:

There are fifty (50) prizes consisting of 2,000 SCENE points each awarded to members SCENE membership accounts

(Approximate retail value: $1,200.00 CDN per 100,000 points awarded)

The Prizes are subject to change and can be substituted at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

The Prizes as described, are not transferable, and cannot be substituted or exchanged for cash or any other prize. The Prizes are non-refundable, non-saleable and must be accepted as awarded. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or value in the event of unavailability of all or part of the Prizes for any reason whatsoever.

4. Prize drawing:
Sponsor will select in a random drawing in Toronto, Ontario at 11:00am EST on Thursday, March 27, 2008, the potential prize winners. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential prize winners by telephone or email up to three (3) times during business hours between Thursday, March 27, 2008 and Monday, March 31, 2008 after which, an alternate potential prize winner will be chosen. This process shall continue until the prize winners are selected. If you are eligible to be the prize winner, you must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by phone or in writing and sign a declaration confirming understanding of, compliance with and acceptance of the Contest rules and acceptance of the prize as awarded and a release of all liability satisfactory to the Sponsor before being declared prize winner. Sponsor must receive the declaration and release forms by May 1, 2008 from the potential prize winners or the potential winners will be disqualified and will not receive the prizes.

The odds of winning will depend on the total number of entries received.

5. Eligibility:

Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of 14 as of February 15, 2008. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the age of the selected Prize winners and without verification to the sole satisfaction of Sponsor, to deny entry to that entrant.

Contest is not open to employees and those domiciled with employees of Cineplex Entertainment LP (“Cineplex”), The Bank of Nova Scotia (“Scotiabank”) or any of their respective parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies, licensees or advertising and promotional agencies. Sponsor reserves the right to verify potential Prize winners are not employees (or domiciled with employees) of Cineplex, Scotiabank or any of their respective parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies, licensees or advertising and promotional agencies, and without verification to the sole satisfaction of Sponsor, to deny entry to that entrant. Void where prohibited.
