1. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning at 10:00am Eastern Time ("ET") on February 13th, 2008, entrants can enter "See Bon Jovi Live" (the "Contest") via on-line entry form available at www.chooseyoursongs/sears.com. All entries must include all information requested on the on-line form. Any use of automated devices is prohibited.

The Sponsors of this Contest are Sears Canada Inc. and Universal Music Canada Inc. (collectively, the "Sponsors").

2. CONTEST CLOSING DATE: To be eligible to win the Contest, entries must be received no later than 10:00pm ET on March 3, 2008 (the "Contest Closing Date").

3. GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) grand prize package available to be won. The Grand Prize Package consists of:
* Travel and accommodations for two (2) persons to Toronto, Ontario (the "Destination") in an amount not to exceed $2,500; and
* Two (2) tickets to see Bon Jovi live in Concert at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Ontario on March 10, 2008 (date and venue subject to change by the Sponsors in their sole discretion).
Note: The selected entrant for the Grand Prize Package (the "Winner") and his or her guest shall be responsible for all insurance (including without limitation, travel and medical insurance) for the duration of the trip (the "Grand Prize Period"), ground transportation to and from the Winner's place of residence to the closest international airport, if applicable, gratuities, all meals, applicable taxes, incidentals and any and all other expenses not specified in the above description of the Grand Prize Package. The booking of travel and accommodations will be selected at the Sponsors sole discretion. Winner and guest must travel together and depart from the same location. Winner and guest are responsible for ensuring that all travel papers required for travel to the Destination are in good order, and are valid prior to, and for the entire duration of, the Grand Prize Period. Winner and guest must follow all instructions of the Sponsors and facility staff or participation in the Grand Prize Package may be forfeited, in whole or in part. All required documentation for the Grand Prize Package will be sent via courier directly to the Winner's home only after the Winner has met the eligibility requirements outlined in these Contest Rules and Regulations and the Official Contest Declaration and Release Forms have been signed by the selected entrant and the Winner's guest, and returned to and received by Universal Music Canada Inc. by fax to "See Bon Jovi Live", c/o Lisa Sharkey at 416 718-4223. A valid major credit card must be provided by either the Winner or his or her guests for hotel check-in and incidentals. No changes to travel dates or passenger names are permitted once the booking has been made.

Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize Package will depend on location of Winner but in no event will it be less than two hundred dollars in Canadian funds ($200 CDN) or more than two thousand seven hundred dollars in Canadian funds ($2,700 CDN). Actual value may vary depending on point of departure. The Grand Prize Package as described is subject to availability, may not be exchanged for cash, is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-salable, and must be accepted as awarded, without substitutions. At their election, and in the event the Grand Prize Package, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded as described in these Official Rules, the Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater retail value. Sponsors will not be responsible if weather conditions or other factors beyond Sponsors' reasonable control prevent the Grand Prize or part of the Grand Prize Package from being fulfilled. Further, the Sponsors assume no liability or responsibility whatsoever should the Winner or his/her guest be denied entry to the airline or venue for any reason whatsoever. In the event that the Winner and guest arrive at the Destination, and the artist is unable to perform or fails to perform for any reason whatsoever, the Grand Prize shall be deemed to be fulfilled. Grand Prize trip must be taken on the dates specified by the Sponsors in their sole discretion or the prize will be forfeited.

Open to all Canadian residents of the age of majority in their province.
