PRIZE: There is one grand prize--a Kitchen Renovation to be done by Sears HomeCentral® installed products and services. The Kitchen Renovation will include the installation of new cabinets and countertops (excludes flooring, lighting, tile backsplash, sink and faucets (valued at C$20,000) plus a Stainless Steel Kitchen Package (to be provided by Samsung Electronics Canada Inc.) as described below:

WHO IS ELIGIBLE: To be eligible to win the Promotion's grand prize, you must meet the following criteria:
