RULES AND REGULATIONSTO ENTER:
Contest begins October 1, 2008.
To enter: visit www.feelingsogood.ca, follow directions to enroll as a member of the "So Good Lifestyle Tracker" program. Complete the contest entry ballot and click on* "submit" to enter electronically.** Entrants must have signed up for the "So Good Lifestyle Tracker" program before their entry will be accepted into the contest

Enter as many times as you wish.** All entries must be received by 5pm, November 30, 2008, the contest closing date.

There will be a total of five (5) prizes available to be won.* Three prizes will be available to be won in October and two prizes in November, 2008. Each prize* for October, 2008 will consist of four (4) weekly deliveries of a bouquet of fresh flowers from Teleflora Ltd. Approximate retail value: $300.00 (CAD) each.

The two (2) prizes for November, 2008 will each consist of four (4) weekly household cleaning visits to the winner’s home by Molly Maid Inc. Each visit will consist of 1 1/2 hours and cleaning undertaken during each visit will be at the direction of the winner. Approximate retail value: $540.00 (CAD) each.

All prizes must be accepted as awarded, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed.* All prizes may or may not be awarded, depending upon the decision of the contest sponsor. If any prize involves a supplier that is not available near the winner’s home, a cash prize of $300.00 (CAD) for October and $540.00 (CAD) for November will be awarded instead. All decisions of the independent judging organization with regard to any aspect of this contest are final.

*OKAY the site is a little confusing but just do your best try and enter you daily amounts of the categories given i still am not sure i am doing it right LOL*
