HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary. The "You could Win one of 10 Vespa® Scooters" Contest (the "Contest") runs from store opening on August 1st, 2007, until store closing on September 23rd, 2007 inclusive (the "Contest Period"). To enter, visit any Sony store/Maison Sony to complete and submit the paper ballot, or enter online at www.sonystyle.ca/vivavaio. Paper ballots may only be submitted at the Sony store/Maison Sony. Limit of one entry per person. More than one submission per person will void all entries from said person.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to all legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside as of the start of the Contest Period, except employees of Sony of Canada Ltd. (“Sony”) or those with whom they domicile, or persons who are a member of the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, grandparent, grandchild or sibling, by blood or adoption) regardless of where they reside.

3. THE PRIZE: There are ten (10) prizes available to be won, each consisting of one (1) 2007 Vespa LX50 scooter, equipped with standard features (the "Prize"). Approximate retail value is $4,900 Canadian, including freight and PDI. The colour and all other specifications are to be determined solely by Sony. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein including, but not limited to, vehicle insurance, licensing, registration, fuel and maintenance costs and personal expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Subsequent to answering the skill-testing question and signing the required release documentation, it is the potential winner’s responsibility to arrange for pick up, at his or her sole expense, of the Prize from any of the existing Vespa dealer locations in Canada. Potential Winner must have all necessary identification and documentation required by the Vespa dealer to pick up the Prize (including driver’s license and insurance particulars). In the event the Potential Winner of a Prize does not have or a valid license, provided the Potential Winner signs the necessary documentation as required by Sony, he or she will be permitted to transfer the Prize to an immediate family member (spouse, parent, child, grandparent, grandchild or sibling, by blood or adoption), with a license, provided the family member meets all of the contest eligibility requirements according to these contest rules and provided he or she signs, to the extent required, all of the documentation required of a contest winner. Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not convertible to cash.

4. THE DRAW: On October 10th, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. ET, a random draw will be held at Sony of Canada Ltd., 115 Gordon Baker Road, Toronto, Ontario, from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

5. TO WIN: In order to be declared a winner, the selected entrant must (1) correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question; (2) will be required to sign and return within the time stipulated by Sony, a standard declaration and release form releasing Sony and its affiliates from any and all claims or causes of action arising out of entrant’s participation in the Contest and receipt or use of the Prize, confirming compliance with the contest rules, accepting the Prize as awarded and consenting to the use of his or her name, without compensation, in any future publicity carried out by Sony in connection with this Contest, within 10 business days of notification; (3) provide proof of a valid driver’s license or have an immediate family member (spouse, parent, child, grandparent, grandchild or sibling, by blood or adoption) who is eligible under the rules to whom you can transfer the Prize and who is will to accept the Prize according to these rules; and (4) be able to pick up the Prize at your sole expense from the Vespa dealer of your choice within one (1) month of answering the skill-testing question and signing the release documentation and, if applicable, the Prize transferee signing the necessary release documentation. Selected entrant will be notified at the telephone number or e-mail address stated on the entry within 7 days of being selected. If a selected entrant cannot be reached within 7 days of the draw date, incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, does not possess a valid driver’s license or is unable to transfer the Prize to an eligible transferee, fails to return the contest documents within the specified time, declines the prize, or fails to pick up the Prize at his or her sole cost from the Vespa dealership of his or her choosing within one (1) month of answering the skill-testing question and signing the necessary release documentation, he/she will forfeit the prize and an alternate entrant will be randomly selected.
