- To enter, go to www.spongetowels.ca fully complete the contest entry form with all required information, and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your entry. Your entry must be received within the Contest Period. All eligible entries received during the Contest Period will be entered in the random draw.
- Limit one entry per person / email address per day during the Contest Period. If it is discovered that you attempted to enter more than once per day during the Contest Period, all your entries will be void. Entries will be rejected if entry form is not fully completed and submitted during the Contest Period.
- Bonus entries can be earned by fulfilling any or all of the following requirements: one (1) additional bonus entry for including the UPC code number from any SpongeTowelsŪ product on your entry form; one (1) additional bonus entry for choosing to receive the Kruger Products Limited electronic newsletter via email; and one to three (3) maximum bonus entries for each referred friend who enters the contest.
- Eligibility: This Contest is open to all legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry except employees (and the immediate family (parents and siblings) of, and those with whom such employees are domiciled) or agents of Transcontinental Media Inc. and Kruger Products Limited (Collectively "sponsors") their advertising and promotion agencies and the contest judges.
THE PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:
- There will be five (5) grand prizes awarded, each consisting of the following:
- One (1) round trip economy air transportation for two (2) to Toronto, Canada from the major airport in Canada nearest the winner's home as determined by the Sponsors. Airline to be selected by the Sponsors. Departure to Toronto on Thursday, June 19, 2008 and departure from Toronto on Sunday, June 22, 2008.
- Three (3) nights hotel accommodations for two at a hotel of the Contest Sponsors' choice in Toronto, Ontario (double occupancy).
- An afternoon of cooking, tips etc. with Rose Reisman in the Canadian Living Test Kitchen for the winners and their guests on Friday, June 20, 2008.
- A private luncheon at Rose Reisman's house for the winners and their guests on Saturday, June 21, 2008.
- Other Meals, gift baskets, ground transportation via stretch limos, and other activities revolving around major elements. Other activities may include the choice between spa treatments or shopping or tickets to special events or other 'pampering' activities. Specific details of prize package will be determined solely by Sponsors.
- Each winner will be given $500 for any additional incidentals (e.g. meals etc.) that are not covered in the prize Approximate retail value prize package: $5000.00 CDN Dollars (based on a Vancouver departure). Actual value of prize package depends on exact point of departure and airfare fluctuations.
- Costs of everything not stated as included in the grand prize are the responsibility of the winner and/or their travel companion, and without limiting the generality of this statement the following costs are the responsibility of the winner and/or their travel companion: transportation from the winner's residence to the closest gateway airport, gratuities, health insurance, travel insurance, visas, items of a personal nature. Winner and travel partner must have all necessary documents and identification to permit travel.
- The following general conditions apply to the Grand Prize: (i) the trip must be taken on the dates determined by the Sponsors and winner and travel companion must travel on same itinerary or prize may be forfeited in its entirety and awarded to an alternate winner (ii) if a grand prize winner does not utilize any aspects of the trip, and/or does not complete their trip in accordance with the pre-determined schedule, the trip and/or those aspects not utilized will be forfeited in their entirety and nothing will be substituted in their place (iii) the Sponsors and/or their representatives reserve the right at any time to: (a) place reasonable restrictions on the availability or use of the prize or any aspect of the prize or (b) substitute the prize or any aspect of the prize for any reason so long as a trip or aspect of comparable price is substituted, (iv) travel arrangements may only be made through the Sponsors or their agents. Transport and accommodation subject to blackout periods, availability, regulations and other restrictions. No change in travel arrangements may be made by a winner once the booking has been confirmed. (v) by accepting a grand prize, a winner agrees to waive all recourse against the Sponsors their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, and those associated with them, if any part of the trip or any services that form part of the trip prize, do not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part, including but not limited to travel related thereto (vi) a winner's travelling companion must also sign and return to the Sponsors a release indicating that they waive all recourse against the Sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, and those associated with them, relating to the use of their participation in the grand prize. In the case of a travelling companion who is a minor in the Province or territory where they reside, the release must be signed by that person's parent or legal guardian.
- The prize is not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded. Contest Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value at any time during the promotion.
