1. (a) “HUSQVARNA TRIVIA CHALLENGE CONTEST” (the “Contest”) starts Monday September 24, 2007 at 12:00 am (ET) and ends Sunday, October 14, 2007 at 11:59 pm (ET) “Contest Closing Date”. Entrants will be encouraged to log onto Sportsnet.ca to register, complete registration information in full and then play the game to be eligible to enter the Contest.
A random draw by a Rogers Sportsnet Inc. ("Rogers") representative will be made on Monday, October 15, 2007 at approximately 12 pm (ET) at the Rogers’ office at 9 Channel Nine Court, Scarborough, Ontario, M1S 4B5 from all qualified entries received. Selected entrants will be contacted by e-mail or telephone at the e-mail address or telephone number indicated on the selected entrant's entry.
If a selected entrant cannot be reached by Wednesday October 17, 2007 or declines the prize or incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, another entrant will be selected.
Contest is open to residents of Canada, except for the province Quebec, who are of the age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside. Employees or persons living with employees (and their immediate family) of Rogers Sportsnet Inc. and Husqvarna (collectively the “Contest Sponsors”) and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible.
There is a limit of one (1) entry per day per person/email address/household. If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The individual assigned to the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address is considered the authorized account holder. A selected entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected entry. All entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account that may be identified by reverse domain name search. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry in this Contest will be the Contest server machine(s).

2. No purchase, expenditure or investment is necessary to enter this Contest.
3. Participants will be eligible to win one (1) of five (5) prizes consisting of a HUSQVARNA 340 chainsaw with accessories. Approximate retail value of each prize is $500 CDN.
4. All prizes must be accepted as awarded. Contest Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of at least equal value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize.
5. In order to win, the selected entrants must first correctly answer, unaided, a time limited mathematical skill-testing question via e-mail, fax or telephone. Rogers judges' rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to the Contest and the awarding of prizes.
6. Entrants will be required to return a signed release and acknowledgment form before being declared a winner.
7. By entering this Contest, each entrant consents to the use of his/her entry, name, address and/or photograph in any publicity carried out by Rogers and/or its advertising agencies, without further compensation. The winners consent to their photograph being taken by Rogers for such use, without further compensation. All entries become the property of Rogers.
8. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
9. No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrants. To receive a copy of the Contest rules or for the winners names, send a postage paid, self-addressed envelope on or before Tuesday October 16, 2007 to “HUSQVARNA TRIVIA CHALLENGE CONTEST”, Marketing Solutions, Rogers Sportsnet, 9 Channel Nine Court, Scarborough, Ontario, M1S 4B5.
10. Chances of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winners may come from any geographical area so long as they qualify to enter. Contest Sponsors are unaware of how many entrants there may be.
11. All entries which are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by Contest Sponsors. Contest Sponsors take no responsibility for lost, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors.
12. All entries become property of the Contest Sponsors who assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for failure of the Web site during the Contest period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or traffic congestion on the internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the Contest. Contest Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the email portion of this Contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of Contest Sponsors corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any Web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Contest Sponsors reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
13. Contest Sponsors are collecting personal data about entrants for the sole purpose of administering this Contest. Entrant's data shall not be used for any other reason or provided to any third party unless the Entrant grants consent through an opt-in check box on the Contest Registration Page. 14. This Contest will be run in accordance with these rules, subject to amendment by Contest Sponsors. Entrants must comply with these rules, and will be deemed to have received and understood the rules if they participate in the Contest.
