CONTEST PERIOD

The "Sympatico / MSN Music Store" Alicia Keys & Jordin Sparks Contest (the "Contest") is run by Bell Canada – Sympatico/MSN Portal Division (the "Sponsor") and will take place in Ontario from May 1, 2008 at 12:01 a.m. to May 28, 2008 at 9.30a.m. (the "Contest Period").

CONTEST GROUP ENTITIES

For the purposes of the Contest, the "Contest Group" is composed of the Sponsor, together with its affiliates, including without limitation its parent, sister and subsidiary companies, retailers, franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers of material and services related to the Contest, and any other corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship or other legal entity directly involved in the Contest and their respective employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the "Contest Group Entities").

ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to all individuals who:
(a) reside in Ontario, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nunavut, Alberta, Northwest Territories, British Columbia and Yukon; and

(b) have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence as of the date of entering the Contest.

Employees of Contest Group Entities, as well as members of the immediate family (such as their father, mother, brothers, sisters or children) of such employees, their legal or common-law spouses or any persons with whom such employees reside are not eligible to enter the Contest.

METHODS OF ENTRY

4.1 No purchase necessary. To enter the Contest, you must fill out the entry form online at http://musicstore.sympatico.msn.ca/ and provide information such as your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. You will then obtain one entry into the Contest (the "Entry").

4.2 Limit of Entries: There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person or per e-mail address per day during the Contest Period.
PRIZE(S)

5.1 There is a total of one (1) prize available to be won in the Contest and it consists of two (2) tickets for the Alicia Keys and Jordin Sparks concert at Air Canada Centre, Toronto, Ontario on June 5, 2008 at 7 p.m. Approximate retail value: $200.

5.2 All expenses not expressly included in the above prize’s description including, without limitation, transportation, overnight layover, if any, meals, room service, taxes, gratuities, accident insurance, health/medical insurance, excess baggage costs, in-room movies, taxis, parking and other incidental costs are the sole responsibility of the Winner and the Winner’s guest.

DRAW

On May 28, 2008, at 9:30 a.m. at 207 Queens Quay West, 6th Floor, Toronto, Ontario, M5J 1A7, one (1) entry will be randomly drawn from all eligible Entries received during the Contest Period.
