How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 18, 2008 until 11:59:59 p.m. ET on June 30, 2008 (the “Contest Entry Period”), visit www.TabascoSauce.ca (follow the link to the Contest webpage) and complete the online entry form in accordance with the online instructions and transmit the entry form when complete to enter the Grand Prize draw. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 8, 2008 (the “Contest Closing Date”) and must include all required information or they will not be eligible. Proof of sending an entry is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. Limit: 1 entry per household (as determined by IP address) per month regardless of the email address of an entry or the number of email addresses that individual may have. Use of mechanical assistance, form filing software or robotic assistance is prohibited. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Grand Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won, consisting of one Home Theater system maximum retail value of $5,000 or $5,000.00 CDN cash. All other costs or expenses not expressly included in the prize including any applicable taxes will be the winner's sole responsibility. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Entry Period.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province/territory of residence on or before January 18, 2008, and who are not an employee, representative or agent of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent or related companies, advertising or promotional agencies, a member or employee of the independent judging organization, or a member of the immediate family (i.e. parent, sibling, child or spouse) or household of any of the above persons.
The entrant is the individual whose name appears on the entry form. Only one (1) entrant’s name may appear on the entry form. In the event of a dispute, if the name of the entrant on the entry form is not the same as the authorized account holder of the email address at the time of entry, the entry will be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder. The "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e–mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e–mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
