To be included in the draw, the “What’s Your Travel Style?” contest electronic entry form must be completed and received by TakeOffeh.com Inc. no later than midnight July 13th, 2008 EDT. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries shall become the property of TakeOffEh.com Inc. and TakeOffeh.com Inc. is not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries. Entries received by telephone, fax, courier or personal delivery will not be accepted.
Potential winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries on July 18th, 2008. Winners will be notified via e-mail and, if necessary, by telephone numbers entered online.
Three (3) attempts to contact each of the selected entrants will be made within two (2) days of the prize draw. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted, another entrant will be chosen and the initial selected entrant will have no further recourse towards TakeOffeh.com Inc. or any person or company associated with the “What’s Your Travel Style?” contest.
CONTEST RULES:
1. The contest is open to residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority July 18th, 2008. Identification must be produced on request. Employees of TakeOffEh.com Inc., its contest sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective affiliates and associates and such employees' immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are excluded from this contest.
2. The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.
3. Decisions of the contest judges are final - no substitutions will be possible.
4. All “What’s Your Travel Style?” contest submissions become the property of TakeOffEh.com Inc. and participants authorize the use all submissions anonymously by TakeOffEh.com Inc. on www.TakeOffEh.com or in any other medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet or in TakeOffEh.com’s EhMail electronic newsletter).
5. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture date storage) which TakeOffEh.com Inc. may deem appropriate.
6. In accepting the prize, the winner, and any guest(s), acknowledges that TakeOffEh.com Inc. may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using any prize component or for their inability to fully utilize any prize or prize component for any reason.
7. The person(s) whose name(s) is drawn as being the winner(s) of the specific prize will be required to answer a skill-testing question before the prize is awarded to them.
8. Prize trip details:
Prize: Trip for 2. Maximum value is $5,000 based on 2 people travelling together.
Winner will be provided with complimentary one hour consultation, in person or by telephone, with a Vision 2000 travel consultant. Two trip options will be provided by Vision 2000 for the winner to select from. One revision to selected trip details will be permitted. No changes, additions or modifications will be allowed following the one revision.
Trip must be taken by July 18th, 2009.
9. Winners and any guests at the age of majority must sign a release form in advance of receiving the prize from TakeOffEh.com Inc. and the “What’s Your Travel Style?” contest sponsor acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of the complete contest rules such that none of them shall be liable for the use or misuse of any prize or prize component.
10. TakeOffEh.com Inc. retains the rights, at its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
11. This contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.
12. TakeOffEh.com Inc. reserves the right to withdraw, terminate or extend this contest at any time without prior notice.
13. If air component of prize is utilized, winner and travel companion must agree to the airline's Terms and Conditions of travel. Winner and travel companion must travel on the same dates, itinerary, and fare class. All tickets issued in conjunction with the prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, and no code-share flights may be used.
14. Once confirmed, trip dates and travel accommodations cannot be changed by winner; however, travel is subject to availability, blackout dates, and/or change due to circumstances beyond Sponsors' and Administrators' control. No extensions will be permitted, and any unused travel will be forfeited. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer and may not be separated.
15. Contest open to Canadian residents only.
16. Entries are limited to one entry per household.
