NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Contest begins August 1, 2007 (00:00:01, ET) and ends October 1, 2007 (23:59:59, ET) (collectively, the “Contest Period”).

How to enter:

(1) Enter with a PIN number

On various days during the Contest Period, representatives of Sponsor will be sampling Excel Tangerine Freeze gum at various local events across Canada (no guarantees as to which Canadian cities the events will occur in or the number of such events that will occur). Participants who receive a sample, will also receive a business card with a unique PIN number on it. Visit www.tangerinefreeze.ca and click the Contest entry icon, and an entry form will appear. Enter all requested information including the PIN number on your business card, your name, postal address and e-mail address. When completed, click the submit button and your entry will be entered automatically. Only one entry per person per PIN number.

(2) Enter with a UPC Code

Purchase any Excel gum product. Visit www.tangerinefreeze.ca and click the Contest entry icon, and an entry form will appear. Enter all requested information including the UPC Code from the purchased product, your name, postal address and e-mail address. When completed, click the submit button and your entry will be entered automatically.

No Purchase Necessary. To submit a no purchase entry, visit any Excel gum retailer and copy the UPC code number that appears on the label / packaging of any Excel gum product. Visit www.tangerinefreeze.ca and click the Contest entry icon, and an entry form will appear. Enter all requested information including the UPC Code from the Excel gum product, your name, postal address and e-mail address and correctly answer, without mechanical or other assistance, sponsor's mathematical, skill-testing question. When completed, click the submit button and your entry will be entered automatically.

Limit one entry per person per day for entry with a UPC Code (regardless of purchase).

The following prizes will be awarded. Each day during the Contest Period, two (2) winners will receive a prize package consisting of: (i) one Nokia Cell phone (model, color, and other specifications to be determined by Sponsor) will be given away (approximate retail value of each phone is $220); and (ii) a $15 pre-paid card for that phone through Virgin Mobile. Approximate total retail value of each prize package is $235. There will be a total of 150 prize packages. Approximate total retail value of all 150 prize packages is $35,250.

A random selection to determine each winner will be made within 72 hours of the conclusion of the respective day from among all eligible entries received up until the conclusion of the respective day. All names not selected for one day's draw will be eligible for all subsequent days' draws. No person may win more than one prize. If there are no eligible entries for a respective day's draw, that prize will be awarded on the next day's draw for which there are sufficient number of entries.

In addition, all entrants aged 19 years and older residing in the Province of Ontario will also be eligible to win the following prize being awarded at the conclusion of the Contest: Five (5) winners will each receive two 2-day VIP passes to the Virgin Festival being held at the Toronto Island Park on September 8 and 9, 2007 (total approximate retail value of each 2 day pass is $138). Prize consists solely of the entrance tickets to the event. All other expenses not specifically listed above, are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guests including but not limited to: meals and transportation to and from the event. A random selection to determine the winner will be made on September 4, 2007 from among all eligible Ontario entries received.

Prizes are awarded 'as is' with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winners shall be solely responsible for all applicable taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of a prize not specified in these rules as being awarded. All prize details (method and location of delivery of the prize), are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
