Good luck. $5,000 to be used to assist the entrant in achieving his/her identified dream activity. To enter and to be eligible to win the BAYER Dream Fund Contest, a person must a) be a resident of Canada, b) have Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes; c) take active steps to control their diabetes, including regular self-monitoring of their blood glucose levels; d) monitor their own blood glucose levels using a blood glucose meter and have an A1C level = 7%.
