"Prize", or "prize" refers to two days and two nights stay, starting on Friday and ending on Sunday, for two adults, at one of the following resorts: Westin Bear Mountain Victoria, Kingfisher Oceanside Resort & Spa Courtenay, Delta Ocean Point Resort Victoria, Wickaninnish Inn Tofino together with $250.00 (Canadian Funds) spending cash. Room reservations must be used prior to November 23, 2009, and are subject to availability and all applicable resort and accommodation terms and conditions - including without limitation charges or penalties for changes or cancellation, which charges and/or penalties, if any, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Local blackout periods may apply. The Prize does NOT include the cost of transportation to and from a resort. All expenses not expressly included in the prize description, including without limitation, telephone calls, room service, use of mini-bar and other hotel services and facilities, gratuities and items of a personal nature, insurance and/or rental cars, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The prize stay must be completed on a weekend ending no later than November 23, 2009. If the weekend stay is not completed by this date, the winner will forfeit the prize. Approximate retail value of the entire Prize is $1,500.00, inclusive of applicable taxes.
