There is one (1) Grand Prize Package available to be won (the “Grand Prize”).
The Grand Prize consists of a travel voucher valued at $2,500 expiring
December 31, 2010, and a $2,000 Tilley wardrobe prize. This prize also includes
a travel-style consultation with a Tilley consultant. All travel must be completed
by April 30, 2010
. Secondary Prize:
i. There are two (2) Secondary Prize Packages available to be won (the
“Secondary Prizes”). The Secondary Prizes each consist of $500 in wardrobe
and accessories from Tilley Endurables payable by Gift Certificate (1 x $500
denomination.

c. Instant Win Prizes:
i. There are fifteen (15) Instant Win Prizes (the “Instant Win Prizes”) available to be
won. The Instant Win Prizes each consist of a Tilley Endurables ‘Hat of Choice’
