ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN CONTEST
OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
Sponsor. The "Enter For A Chance To Win" Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by UDVD.ca (“uDVD”), a division of Universal Studios Canada Inc. (“Universal Studios Canada Inc.”) (collectively the “Sponsor”).
Contest Period. The Contest begins at 12:01 AM (ET) on August 1, 2007. Entries must be received no later than 11:59PM (ET) on August 31, 2007 the “Contest Closing Date”. The Sponsor’s select panel of independent judges will choose the winning entries for the Contest on a random draw basis from all eligible entries received on or before the Contest Closing Date. A draw will on September 12, 2007 at 9:01AM (ET).
Eligibility. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. OPEN TO CANADIAN RESIDENTS WHO HAVE REACHED THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THE JURISDICTION IN WHICH HE OR SHE WAS RESIDING AT THE TIME OF ENTRY INTO THE CONTEST. Any employee, representative or agent of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers or distributors of contest materials, and their respective directors, officers, shareholders, agents, representatives, and members of their immediate family, are not eligible to participate in the Contest. CONTEST VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
To Enter. To enter, complete the entry form posted on the uDVD web site at http://www.udvd.ca. Entrants under the age of majority in their province of residence must have a parent or legal guardian act on the underage entrant’s behalf if chosen as a prize winner. Proof of identification must be provided upon request. These Official Rules and Regulations will be posted throughout the duration of the Contest on the uDVD web site.

The Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies and other representatives and agents are not responsible for non-conforming, incomplete, ineligible, lost, late, destroyed or misdirected entries.

This Privacy Policy contains Universal Studios’ practices surrounding its collection, use and disclosure of personal information.
LIMIT: ONLY ONE ENTRY PER PERSON, HOUSEHOLD, GROUP, ORGANIZATION, OR E-MAIL ADDRESS IS PERMITTED. In the event that the Sponsor receives more than one (1) entry per person, household, group, organization, or e-mail address, the Sponsor reserves the right to void and destroy applicable entries.

Prize. Winner will receive 1 of 10 Friday Night Lights: Season 1 DVD box sets valued at approximately $40.95 each. Restrictions may apply. No cash substitutions available. If a winner is unable to accept his/her prize, he/she will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and a new winner will be drawn.
Odds of Winning. It is anticipated that approximately 1000 entrants will participate in the Contest. The odds of winning a prize depends on the total number of eligible entries received. The decision of the judges is final.
Awarding of Prizes. Winner will be notified (the “Notification”) by e-mail within five (5) days of the drawing. Should the Sponsor be unable to readily contact any winner by e-mail, or should the Sponsor not receive a response from any winner(s) by the date specified in the Notification email communication, such winner will be deemed to have forfeited any rights to a prize and a back-up winner will be selected in the same manner by random draw taken from the same pool of entries. All prize taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the winner.

Contest winner will be required to complete a declaration confirming compliance with these Official Rules and Regulations and acceptance of the prize as awarded, and a release acknowledging the non-responsibility of the Sponsor or any of its respective directors, officers, agents, employees, affiliates or assigns with regard to any injury, accident, loss or misfortune related to any aspect of the prize. Winner will receive the declaration and release via e-mail. Should a prize winner be a minor, a parent or legal guardian must sign a declaration and release on behalf of the minor.
Contest participants are also be required to answer correctly, unaided and without mechanical or electronic assistance, a time-limited skill-testing technical question. The skill-testing question is located on the online entry form posted on the uDVD web site. Each participant must provide an answer to this skill-testing question at the time that they submit their online entry. A participant cannot win the Contest if they have not correctly answered this skill-testing question.
The Contest winner’s declaration and release must be received by the Sponsor within fourteen (14) days of the date printed in the Notification to be eligible for a prize.
