A) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize is available to be won, consisting of: (i) a Panfish 17 Tracker boat valued at approximately $15,000 (Canadian); (ii) a $2,000 (Canadian) shopping spree at Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World, Vaughan, ON and (iii) a one hour fishing lesson with a WFN professional angler at Bass Pro Shops, Outdoor World Vaughan, ON (to be selected by WFN, in its sole discretion), subject to availability (including dry-land demonstrations, assessments, equipment recommendations and a questions & answer session). Note: the value of the Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World shopping spree cannot be put towards any of the following: fire arms, ammunition, tracker boats, marine motors or gift cards. All items purchased at Bass Pro Shops will be subject to Bass Pro Shop standard return policy, as amended from time to time. All shipping arrangements regarding any component of the Grand Prize (including the boat) are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. For certainty, the Grand Prize winner will be responsible for arranging and paying for the delivery and insurance of the Grand Prize to the location of his or her choice from Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World, in Vaughan, Ontario.

Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $20,000 (Canadian).

The Grand Prize winner is responsible for making arrangements for his/her transit to Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World, Vaughan, Ontario in order to pick up the boat, and have the personal meeting with the angler. If the Grand Prize winner is unable to attend in person at Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World, the fishing lesson component of the Grand Prize as set out in (iii) above, will be replaced with a one hour telephone conference call with the designated WFN professional angler, to be arranged at the convenience of both parties.

B) SECONDARY PRIZES: Four (4) Secondary Prizes are available to be won, each consisting of a $250 (Canadian) gift card at Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World, Vaughan, ON and WFN prize pack with exclusive WFN merchandise. Note: the value of the Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World shopping spree cannot be put towards any of the following: fire arms, ammunition, tracker boats, marine motors or gift cards. All items purchased at Bass Pro Shops will be subject to Bass Pro Shops standard return policy, as amended from time to time.

Approximate retail value of each Secondary Prize is $350 (Canadian).
