Ryobi 2007 Sweepstakes

Limited to 25 entries

One (1) Grand Prize: Ranger®VX Tour Edition bass boat customized by Ryobi. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $38,000. ($44,739 Canadian Dollars ("CAD")). ARV of boat is based on Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price.

One (1) First Prize: The Outfit Your Shop Package, consisting of Ryobi power tools chosen by the winner, worth up to a total value of $2,000 ($2,354 CAD), based on Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price. ARV: $2,000 ($2,354 CAD).

Five (5) Second Prizes: Ryobi Combo Kits, consisting of ½ drill, reciprocal saw, circular saw, sander, and radio. ARV: $199 each ($234 CAD). Total ARV of Second Prizes: $995 ($1,170 CAD).

One Thousand (1,000) Third Prizes: Ryobi MultiTASKit™. ARV: $40 each ($47 CAD). Total ARV of Third Prizes: $40,000 ($47,000 CAD).

TOTAL ESTIMATED VALUE OF ALL PRIZES: $80,995 ($95,263 CAD).
All prizes will be awarded provided that a sufficient number of eligible entries are received.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

To Enter. (a) In-Store. During Promotion Period, go to a participating The Home Depot® retail store or a participating promotional event for RYOBI power tools, and pick up an official entry form from the take-one tearpad. If supplies of entry forms are exhausted at a given The Home Depot®retail store or promotional event, you may instead print your full name, complete address (including zip code/postal code), daytime phone number (including area code), e-mail address (if any), date of birth and RYOBI POWER TOOL SWEEPSTAKES on a 3"x5" card. Deposit completed entry in the specially marked entry box by end of promotional event or, for entry at The Home Depot®retail stores, by close of business on June 28, 2007;

OR (b) By Mail. During Promotion Period, you may enter by mailing your completed entry, either by way of an official entry form received from a participating The Home Depot®store or by way of a 3"x5" card with the information required by the "In-Store" method above, in a business size (#10) envelope addressed to RYOBI Power Tool Sweepstakes Entry, P.O. Box 134, Dept. No. 83875, Niagara Falls, NY 14302. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 28, 2007 and received by July 6, 2007; OR

(c) On-Line. During Promotion Period, log onto Ryobi Tools and click on the RYOBI 2007 SWEEPSTAKES promotional banner. Complete and thereafter transmit the online entry form by providing all requested information. All on-line entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) on June 28, 2007;
OR (d) At 2007 International Builders Show. This entry method is available only to those persons who are registered attendees (who are otherwise eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes) of the 2007 International Builders Show held at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Go to the RYOBI Power Tools booth at the International Builders Show during Show hours (February 7th/8th/9th, 2007: approximately 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; February 10, 2007: approximately 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.) and swipe your Show badge under the electronic badge reader. Entry Limits: Limit of twenty-five (25) entries in the Sweepstakes per person during the Promotion Period regardless of the method of entry or combination of methods of entry. Persons entering the Sweepstakes at the 2007 International Builders Show are subject to an entry limit of seven (7) Show badge entries per day of the Show, which will count toward the total limit of twenty-five (25) entries in the Sweepstakes. Any person who attempts to participate with multiple e-mail and/or street addresses, under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times in excess of the applicable above-indicated entry limitations will be disqualified. Any attempted on-line/email/Internet entry or Show entry other than as stated above is void. For paper entry, mechanically reproduced/copied entries will not be accepted; each paper entry submitted by mail must be mailed separately. For entry at the International Builders Show, Show badge may only be used to enter by the registered attendee to whom the Show badge was issued by National Association of Home Builders/International Builders Show personnel as per official Show registration records.

In the event of a dispute as to on-line entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same e-mail account, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry. "Authorized account subscriber" is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an internet address provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. On-line entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed or like means are prohibited and will be disqualified. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
