OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
Unilever Canada Inc. (“Unilever” or “Sponsor”) is a sponsor of the Degree Poker Championship Tournament (the “Tournament”), which is being run at Casino Rama (the “Casino”) in Rama, Ontario. The Tournament, which will have no more than 72 players, is currently scheduled to be held from June 25th, 2007 to June 29th, 2007. The Casino reserves the right to terminate, suspend or reschedule the Tournament at any time.

The following are the Official Contest Rules and Regulations for the giveaway of 54 seats in the Tournament by Unilever.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PLAY OR WIN. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. INTERNET ACCESS IS REQUIRED TO ENTER THE ONLINE COMPONENT OF THE CONTEST.

HOW TO ENTER:

To enter this Contest, access www.degreepoker.com during the “Contest Period” starting on or about April 19th, 2007 at 12:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) and ending May 28th, 2007 at 11:59:59 p.m. (Eastern Time) and follow the entry instructions. When your registration is complete, click the area marked Submit. Once successfully submitted you will automatically receive one entry into the Contest. Once submitted, entry cannot be deleted, cancelled, or modified.

Limit one entry per person or per e-mail address. You may only enter the Contest under one name and one e-mail address. Enter using only an e-mail address subscribed to and registered in your name. All entries must be received during the Contest Period. In the event of a dispute about entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same e-mail account, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Contest at the actual time of entry. The authorized e-mail account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Multiple entries per person or e-mail address or any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, Contest-entry services) are prohibited and will void all entries by that entrant. Entrants assume all risk of lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor.

Additional Entries:

To receive an additional entry into the Contest, enter a UPC code from any Degree for Men product. Go to the Contest website, click on the “additional entry” icon, and enter the UPC Code into the box and click “submit.” UPC Codes can be found on the back of the product. You may receive one additional entry in this manner each week of the Contest Period provided you enter using a unique UPC Code. To obtain a UPC Code without a purchase, simply visit your local retailer and write-down the UPC Code found on the back of a Degree for Men product. Limit of one additional entry by UPC Code per week, per person or per email address.

ELIGIBILITY:

Entry into the Contest is limited to individuals who are legal residents of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec), who are 21 years of age or older with valid proof of age. Employees of Sponsor and/or the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, Casino Rama, and their affiliates, owned, operated or managed properties, contractors hired for the operation of the Tournament and their parent companies, The Sports Network (including subsidiaries of CTV Inc.), Casino Amusements Canada, Segal Communications and immediate family members of such employees at management level or higher as determined by Unilever are not eligible to enter the Contest. Immediate Family is defined as: mother, father, spouse, brother, sister, children, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law, step-parents, step-children, grandmother, grandfather, grandchildren and any relative or other person residing in the employee’s place of residence.

PRIZES:

There are fifty four (54) prizes available to be won in the Contest from all eligible entries, including all eligible additional entries in the Contest. Each prize (“Prize”) consists of a seat at the Tournament.

Costs of transportation to the Casino and any accommodation are to be borne by each Prize winner. The Prize has no cash value. All expenses are the sole responsibility of each Prize winner.

Prizes are not transferable. No cash or Prize substitutions will be given. Unilever reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value in lieu of the Prize.

Maximum one (1) Prize per entrant.
