How to Enter: To enter the Homeplans.com Home Plan Sweepstakes, log on to http://www.homeplans.com between 12:01 am (CST) on February 1, 2008 and 11:59 pm (CST) on February 29, 2008 (the "promotion period") and complete the Official Online Entry Form. Press “submit” after fully completing the entry form to automatically submit your entry. Alternatively, hand print your name, mailing address, email address and telephone number on a 3" x 5" card and mail the completed card to: Homeplans.com HOME PLAN SWEEPSTAKES, 213 E. 4th St., Ste. 400, St. Paul, MN 55101. Partially completed entries will not be accepted. Entries mailed to us must be postmarked by February 29, 2008 and received by March 3, 2008.

1. Limit of one (1) entry per e-mail address and per person, multiple entries from the same source will invalidate all entries from that source. No electronically mass-produced or multiple entries allowed.
2. Grand Prize: 5-Set package of construction blueprints. Approximate retail value $600 (actual value may vary based upon the exact home plan selected). Prize will be awarded provided it is properly claimed - in accordance with these rules. Prize is non-transferable. No prize substitution or alternative prize will be allowed except as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize be unavailable.
3. Drawing: One Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depends on the total number of eligible entries received. Drawing will be held on or about March 13, 2008 and will be conducted by Anthony & Associates, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all matters regarding this promotion. Winners will be notified by e-mail or mail on or about March 20, 2008.
