1. The Air Canada Vacations “Bahia Principe Getaway” contest is open to all Canadian residents, having attained the age of majority according to the law of the province in which they reside, except representatives, employees and agents of Air Canada Vacations, Air Canada, the judges and persons with whom any of the aforementioned are domiciled.
2. The Air Canada Vacations “Bahia Principe Getaway” contest commences at 08:00 a.m. EST on May 1, 2008 and closes at 11:59 p.m. EST on May 31, 2008 (the “Contest Period”).
3. To Enter The Air Canada Vacations “Bahia Principe Getaway” contest, simply visit www.acvimagine.com between May 1, 2008 – May 31, 2008 and fill out the necessary entry form. No Purchase Necessary. All entries must include your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. Limit one entry for the entire Contest Period per person per e-mail address and per household. Entries received shall be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g.) business, educational institution, etc. that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Illegible entries, bulk drop-off or mechanical reproductions or facsimile entries are ineligible.
4. There will be one (1) Grand Prize to be won, consisting of:
   a seven (7)-night vacation package for two (2) adults to the Gran Bahia Principe Ambar in Punta Cana, travel to be taken between June 01, 2008 – June 30, 2009. All travel must be completed by June 30, 2009. Travel blackout dates apply including: December 13, 2007 – January 12, 2008, February 16, 2009 – March 21, 2009, and April 8, 2009 – April 13, 2009 inclusive. It is the winner’s sole responsibility along with their travelling companion(s) for all costs not expressly described herein including, without limitation, ground transportation, all applicable air and departure taxes, security fees, and related service charges, local Dominican Republic departure taxes, airport improvement fees, fuel/currency surcharges, inflight meals and beverages, seat selection fee, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, all personal expenses of any kind or nature, together with any applicable overnight layover. Flight dates and hotel accommodation are subject to space availability and subject to change without notice or compensation. It is the winner’s responsibility and their travelling companion(s) for all cost incurred to and from the departure point as the prize originates and terminates there. It is also the winner’s responsibility and their travelling companion(s) to obtain all necessary travel documentation including passports and visas if applicable and to comply with any customs immigration requirements. It is recommended that the winner and his/her travelling companion(s) obtain sufficient personal insurance prior to departure.
5. The Prize has an approximate retail value of $3,300.00 Actual of the Grand Prize will depend on the departure city. Winner and/or Guest is not entitled to monetary difference between actual prize value and stated approximate prize value, if any.
