Woman's Network the Source Capture the Moment Contest ends July 2

Starting Monday, June 4, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") viewers can enter the W Network, CMT and the Source By Circuit City's "Capture the Moment" Contest (the "Contest") by entering online at www.wnetwork.com or at www.cmt.ca. All entries must include your name, age, mailing address and home phone number with area code. A fully completed on-line entry form will constitute One (1) entry into the Contest. Entry is limited to One (1) entry per person per e-mail address per web-site per day. Entrants can receive Seven (7) additional bonus entries if they invite Seven (7) friends to check out the Contest by entering their friends e-mail addresses into the online entry form. Maximum of Seven (7) refer-a-friend bonus entries per person per web-site per day.

Only one e-mail address and account may be used by any person to enter the Contest. If it is discovered in the ordinary course of running the Contest that an entrant has attempted to enter the Contest more than One (1) time per web-site per day or use more than one e-mail address all of that entrant's entries shall be disqualified. Should it be discovered that an entrant is using the aid of computer/software programs to auto-fill entries, that entrant will be immediately disqualified from the Contest. The Sponsors (defined below) reserve the right to disqualify that person from all future contests conducted by the Sponsors.

The sponsors of this Contest are W Network, Country Music Television and The Source By Circuit City (collectively the "Sponsors").

CONTEST CLOSING DATE
Entries must be received by W Network or CMT no later than 10:00 a.m. ET on Monday, July 2nd, 2007 (the "Contest Closing Date").

GRAND PRIZE PACKAGE
There is One (1) Grand Prize Package available to be won. The Grand Prize Package consists of:

" One (1) round trip economy airfare for up to Seven (7) friends or family members (the "Guest(s)") from a Canadian international airport closest to the Guest's place of residence to the declared winner's hometown (within Canada);

" Two (2) nights standard accomodation, based on double occupancy, for the Guest(s) at a local hotel in the declared winner's hometown to be selected by the Sponsors in their sole discretion;

" One (1) Canon PowerShot SD1000 Digital ELPH camera for each of the declared winner and the Guest(s); and

" Three Thousand Canadian Dollars for the declared winner to use towards the reunion ($3,000. CDN).

Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize Package is Twelve Thousand Six Hundred and Forty Canadian Dollars ($12,640 CDN) based on a Toronto flight origin.

For clarity, only the name(s) provided by the declared winner as Guest(s) shall be eligible for the accomodation and camera portions of the Grand Prize Package.
