There will be one (1) Grand Prize ("Grand Prize") awarded to the contest winner ("Winner") consisting of Five Thousand Dollars Canadian (CDN $5000). b. Prize will be distributed within sixty (60) days after Winner has been successfully contacted and notified of his/her prize and has complied with all Contest Rules and requirements. c. Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned or substituted. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Prize cannot be awarded for any reason.
