That's what I thought too but in the rules it says that all residents of canada except quebec can enter so maybe the site just has issues?

Yeah that was so weird. I entered almost every day. Maybe they dont want to give prizes to canadians because of taxes etc? Or maybe alot of canadians didn't enter?
