SECTION 1: HOW TO ENTER

1. Starting August 13, 2007, at approximately 9:59 a.m. Eastern Time (ET), entrants can enter the YTV and Bentley's "Pack to Cool" Contest (the "Contest") by entering on-line at www.ytv.com. Entrants must complete and submit the entire on-line Contest entry form. Complete the online entry form by entering your full name, mailing address including postal code, age, and telephone number to be eligible to win. A completed on-line entry form will constitute One (1) entry into the Contest.

2. Each entrant is allowed only one (1) entry per day. If it is discovered in the ordinary course of running the Contest that an entrant has attempted to enter more than one (1) time per day, that entrant may, at the discretion of the YTV Canada, Inc. (a Corus Entertainment Company) and Bentley Leather Inc. (collectively known as the "Sponsors"), be disqualified from the Contest. Should it be discovered that an entrant is using the aid of computer programs to auto-fill entries, that entrant will be immediately disqualified from the Contest. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify all such contestants from future contests conducted by the Sponsors without further notice.

3. All Contest entries are eligible to win either the Grand Prize or the Secondary prizes.

4. An entrant under the age of 13 must have the consent of his/her parent or legal guardian to submit their personal information in order to enter the contest. The parent or legal guardian must complete all of the required fields on the relevant portion of the Internet entry form, including his/her name and e-mail address. If a parent or legal guardian does not provide consent, the entrant will be disqualified. All information obtained for this Contest will be used only for the purposes of conducting the Contest.

5. CONTEST CLOSING DATE: The Contest closes at 9:59 AM ET on Tuesday, September 4th , 2007 (the "Contest Closing Date").

SECTION 2: PRIZES

GRAND PRIZE 1. There is one(1) Grand Prize available to be won. The grand prize package consists of the following:
- a Bentley's Tracker backpack - a $500 cheque redeemable towards any item or items of selected entrant's choice.

The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize pack is Five Hundred and Twenty Dollars. ($520) CDN, excluding applicable taxes.

SECONDARY PRIZES

2. There are a total of ten (10) Secondary Prizes to be won. Each Secondary Prizes consists of a choice of either a boy or girl Bentley's Tracker backpack, and a $200 cheque redeemable towards any item or items of selected entrants choice. The approximate retail value of each secondary prize is twenty dollars CDN ($220), excluding applicable taxes.

3. The Grand Prize Package and the Secondary Prizes as described are subject to change, may not be exchanged for cash (except for the cheques), are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-salable, and must be accepted "as awarded". At their election, the Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any portion of the Grand Prize Package or Secondary Prizes with a prize of equivalent or greater retail value.

4. NOTE: All required documentation for redemption of the above Grand Prize Package and Secondary Prizes will be sent via mail directly to the selected entrant's home. Only after the selected entrant has met the eligibility requirements outlined in the Official Contest Rules and Regulations, and the selected entrant has completed, signed and returned the Official Contest Declaration and Release Form to YTV, can the selected entrant can be confirmed as, and declared a winner.

5. The Sponsors will not be held responsible for the loss of prizes due to changes in mailing addresses, errors in completed entry forms or any other circumstances leading to an invalid, erroneous or incomplete mailing address or e-mail address. Grand Prize and Secondary Prize Packages will be delivered within approximately Thirty (30) days after selected entrant's confirmation as a winner.

SECTION 2A - GRAND PRIZE DRAW

1. A random draw from all eligible web entries received by the Contest Close Date will take place on Wednesday September 5th, 2007 at 2:00p.m. ET at Brantford, Ontario. Chances of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible web entries received. The selected Grand Prize and Secondary Prize web entrants will be notified by mail. If, within Twenty-One (21) days of the draw date the selected entrant cannot be contacted, or fails to respond to any attempted contact left for him/her, such selected entrant will be disqualified, his/her entry will be declared null and void and the Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to select at random another eligible entry, in which event the foregoing provisions of this sentence shall apply to such other eligible entry.
