Shrek Trek" Contest
Entrants can receive Three (3) bonus entries per day by playing
the "Shrek Trek" game before or after they have fully completed the
online Contest entry form within the same session. Maximum of Three
(3) bonus entries per entrant per day.






Starting Tuesday, October 30, 2007, at approximately 10:00 a.m.
Eastern Time (ET), entrants can enter the YTV and Paramount Home
Entertainment "Shrek Trek" Contest (the "Contest" by entering online
at www.ytv.com. Entrants must complete and submit the entire online
Contest entry form. All entries must include your full name, age,
complete address, city, province of residence, postal code and
daytime phone number with area code. A fully completed online entry
form will constitute One (1) entry into the Contest. Only one e-mail
address and account may be used by any person to enter the Contest.

BONUS ENTRIES
Entrants can receive Three (3) bonus entries per day by playing
the "Shrek Trek" game before or after they have fully completed the
online Contest entry form within the same session. Maximum of Three
(3) bonus entries per entrant per day.

If it is discovered in the ordinary course of running the Contest
that an entrant has attempted to enter more than One (1) time per
day, that entrant may, at the discretion of the Sponsors (defined
below), be disqualified from the Contest. Should it be discovered
that an entrant is using the aid of computer/software programs to
auto-fill entries, that entrant will be immediately disqualified from
the Contest. The Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify all such
entrants from future contests conducted by the Sponsors without
further notice.

Any eligible entrant under the age of Thirteen (13) must have the
consent of his/her parent or legal guardian to submit his/her
personal information in order to enter the Contest. The parent or
legal guardian must complete all the required fields on the relevant
portion of the web entry form. If a parent or legal guardian does not
provide consent, the entry will be disqualified. All information
obtained for this Contest will be used only for the purposes of
conducting the Contest.

The sponsors of this Contest are YTV Canada, Inc. and Mediaedge:cia
(hereinafter the "Sponsors".

CONTEST CLOSING DATE
Entries must be received by YTV no later than 9:59:59 a.m. ET,
Tuesday, November 13, 2007 (the "Contest Closing Date".

ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to all individual residents of Canada except:
residents of the Province of Quebec under the age of Thirteen (13),
employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsors, their parent,
related and affiliated companies, advertising and promotional
agencies and the members of the households of such employees,
representatives and agents. By entering the Contest, entrants agree
to abide by the Contest Rules and Regulations and all decisions of
the judges, which shall be final and binding on all entrants in all
matters relating to this Contest.

For residents of Quebec, any litigation respecting the conduct or
organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des
alcools, des courses et des jeux (RACJ) for a ruling. Any litigation
respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only
for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

GRAND PRIZE PACKAGE
There is One (1) Grand Prize Package available to be won. The Grand
Prize Package consists of:

One (1) name-brand 40" LCD widescreen TV and DVD home theatre system
as selected by the Sponsors;
One (1) copy of the "Shrek the Third" DVD;
One (1) gift certificate in the amount of One Hundred Canadian
Dollars ($100. CDN); and
Shrek-themed party supplies (cups, plates, forks, knives and spoons)
for Ten (10) people.
Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize Package is Three Thousand
Canadian Dollars ($3,000. CDN).

The Grand Prize Package as described is subject to availability, may
not be exchanged for cash, is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-
salable, and must be accepted "as awarded". At their election, the
Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any portion of the Grand
Prize Package with a prize of equivalent or greater retail value

SECOND PRIZE PACKAGE
There is One (1) Second Prize Package available to be won. The Second
Prize Package consists of:

One (1) copy of the complete "Shrek" movie collection on DVD;
Approximate retail value of the Second Prize Package is Seventy-five
Canadian Dollars ($75. CDN).

The Second Prize Package as described is subject to availability, may
not be exchanged for cash, is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-
salable, and must be accepted "as awarded". At their election, the
Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any portion of the Second
Prize Package with a prize of equivalent or greater retail value.

THIRD PRIZE PACKAGE
There are Ten (10) Third Prize Packages available to be won. Each
Third Prize Package consists of:

One (1) copy of the "Shrek the Third" DVD;
Approximate retail value of each Third Prize Package is Twenty-Five
Canadian Dollars ($25. CDN).
