Subject to the exceptions set out below in the Draw and Winner Selection section, there will be one Grand Prize and ten (10) secondary prizes awarded. The Grand Prize winner will receive: a trip for four 4 to Casino Rama including two (2) nights accommodations, airfare and limousine transfers, dinner for four (4) at a Casino Restaurant to be determined by the Casino and $500 spending money. (approx. retail value $5,000 CDN. Grand Prize consists only of airfare for four (4) to Toronto, from the international gateway airport closest to the winner's residence, via economy air on an airline to be selected by the Sponsor, plus transport to Casino Rama (“Casino”), unless winner lives within 200 Km of the location of the Casino in which case appropriate ground transportation for four (4) will be organized by the Sponsor in lieu of air transportation; accommodation for four (4) [double occupancy] for two (2) nights at Casino; plus $500 CDN spending money. Costs of everything not stated in the previous sentence as included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner, and without limiting the generality of this statement the following costs are the responsibility of the winner: transportation from the winner's residence to the closest gateway airport, gratuities, health insurance, travel insurance, visas, items of a personal nature. Winner and travel partners must have all necessary documents and identification to permit travel. The Secondary Prize winners will each receive: one Degree branded poker kit including a chip set and a table felt (approx. retail value $125 CDN).
No purchase necessary. The contest begins at 12:01:00 AM (ET) on September 8, 2007, and ends on October 19, 2007 at 11:59:59 PM (ET) (the “Contest Period”). To automatically receive one entry into the Contest purchase two (2) or more Degree Men products from any Zellers department store (“Store”) in Canada during the Contest Period and swipe your Hbc Rewards Card at the time of purchase. All eligible entries received during the Contest Period will be entered in the random draw. Limit one entry per person / Hbc Reward Card Account permitted per transaction and per day by any method.
