Welcome to KRAFT Canada Foodservice Operator Feedback Panel.
KRAFT Canada Foodservice has created the Operator Feedback Panel to ensure we produce the most relevant products and services for the Canadian foodservice industry. Up to 4 times per year, we will e-mail panel members a short questionnaire asking their opinions on various products and services. The research is then shared with KRAFT's foodservice marketers so they may plan for the upcoming months.
In all cases, your feedback is for research purposes only. Your identity is always kept confidential and is never made available to any parties outside the KRAFT Foodservice Research Department and our research partner: Nooro Online Research. See KRAFT's privacy policy for more details.
In appreciation for your time, you will receive from Nooro Online Research a $20 gift certificate from your choice of HMV, Indigo/Chapters, Sears or Home Depot for each completed questionnaire per each wave of the study (up to 4 times per year). Please note: one completed questionnaire per operator per wave (this does not include the following registration form). If you complete all surveys in the up-coming 12 months, KRAFT will reward you with an opportunity to have your name entered into a draw for a chance to win a grand prize worth approximately $150. Each questionnaire should take no longer than 10-15 minutes of your time. As an added thank you for participating in our panel, KRAFT will send you an e-newsletter (no more than 4 times per year) providing you with business tips, recipes, etc.
