| Chief   Join Date: Feb 2007 Location: Northern Alberta |  Atkins Mock Tacos Hamburger Taco Seasoning Grated Cheddar Cheese (this will be the shell) TOPPINGS: Diced Tomatoe Chopped Lettuce Diced Onion Diced Avocado (Optional) Sour Cream (Optional) Brown Hamburger, add taco seasoning per directions. Prepare "Taco Shells" by spreading about 1/2 cup of cheese in a circle on plate and nuke for 1:20 - 1:40 minutes, until they bubble and are lacey. Let them cool, and fold in half. Add meat and the toppings as desired. Note: Taco Seasoning has a trace of sugar
