| Chief ![]() Join Date: Feb 2007 Location: Northern Alberta | 6 Large Mushrooms 6 tbsp Chive Cream Cheese 3 Slices Nitrate-Free Bacon 1/4 cp Shredded Mozarella 2 tbsp Butter Fresh Parsley to Garnish Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Fill mushrooms with 1 tbsp cream cheese. Place 1/2 slice bacon (I prefer pre-cooked) on each mushroom and top with shredded cheese. Garnish with parsley. Place in a small shallow baking dish along with 2 tbsp butter and cook for 20 min. at 350 degrees. Enjoy! 2.5 Carbs per serving |
