cheese making videos and recipes!!!

If anyone wants to learn how to make their own cheese i found a fabulous website that includes videos of the step by step process and recipes of all different cheeses from chedder to riccotta to blue cheese... I have always been highly interested in the cheese making process and now I have found a website that shows me how to make it in my own kitchen!! hope this is informative and interesting to some of you!!

That was pretty cool. Unfortunately I'm not a great cook (so I assume I'm not a great cheesemaker), but I do love and appreciate cheese...when someone else makes it!

It's not exactly free "stuff", but it's free "cool information"...which is similar right? On that note, if you like cheese, check out http://www.cheesecommunity.com/ which gives cheese reviews and a lot of fun articles and information about cheese.
