| Junior Beaver | These are so good and easy Boneless chicken breast -sliced into fingers (marinate in chopped onions for 1 hour) egg and milk(wisk together) italian breadcrumbs- toss in a little garlic powder dip chicken in egg/milk then breadcrumbs fry in oil (turning fingers over till nicely browned) remove to paper towel serve with sweet and sour sauce ![]() |

| Moderator ![]() Join Date: Apr 2007 Location: Ontario | This is what I do. Wisk together one egg white and soya sauce. Dip the chicken in and then coat with italian bread crumbs. Bake at 350o for about 2minutes depended on the size of your fingers. I usually spray with pam or coat the pan with a little maragine or butter. Very low fat and tastes a little like KFC. Excellant cold too.
