Chinese Macaroni

Looking for something new to try? Do you like Quick, Cheap, Easy but still Delicious when it comes to supper? Why not make my family favorite (not sure where it originated, but it's been passed through my family for a bit)

What You'll Need:
1lb Hamburger
6 handfuls Elbow Macaroni (Catelli seems to be the best so far)
1 can Campbells Consomme soup
Soya sauce (approx 2-3 tbsp)
Small onion
Can of mushrooms

What to do:
Boil pasta until cooked. At the same time, Cook hamburger thoroughly, with onions & mushrooms. Drain. Add can of Consomme soup and simmer for approx 10-15 minutes (or until most of the soup has been absorbed). Drain the water from the pasta and add to hamburger mixture (or other way around depending what pot you used). Stir. Add in soya sauce until pasta changes color. Voila, supper is ready.

(You may want to add soya sauce to each individual plate/bowl to the preferred taste)
Makes 6-8 servings.
