| Chief ![]() Join Date: Feb 2007 Location: Northern Alberta | This is my husband's personal do it yourself recipe. It's very good. Ingredients: Ribs Water 2 bay leaves Montreal Steak spice BBQ sauce (your choice) Place Ribs in large pot filled with water Add the bay leaves and sprinkle the steak spice into the water. Boil for 1 to 1/2 hours depending on how many ribs you have. Basically it's done boiling when most of your water dissappears. Remove ribs from water and either BBQ them on the BBQ or place in baking pan and add BBQ sauce to them and bake for 1 hour without a lid. They are very tender this way. And very yummy |
