Boil Potatoes 4-5 & Red Potatoes only
Chop Celery 2-3 stalks (2 Large)
Boil Eggs (4 at least)
Chop Onion 1/3 large (any onion but sweet if you have them)
Make salad dressing:
1 egg beaten
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup water
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
¼ teaspoon dry mustard
Heaping teaspoon flour Mix salad dressing with about an equal proportion
Of Hellman’s salad dressing (about a cup or thereabout)

sounds like a goood potato salad recipe but i like using the yellow potatoes its delicious ut i love the eggs though i usually use about 5 big potatos and about 11 eggs its an old recipe my grandmother taught my mom and she taught me. my moms mother s potato salad i don't like its and aquired taste. i believe she puts sour cream and mustard and not that many veggies. but growing up i got use to it lol
