| Myawen | This I made for my parents, really easy, low fat, but delicious! - 3 salmon fillets - 1/2 cup of light mayonaise - 2 tbs lemon juice - grated Canadian Parmesan cheese Just mix the mayo and the lemon juice and spread lightly over the salmon. Sprinkle parmesan as desired over salmon Broil Salmon for 5 or 6 minutes. I served this with some yummy spinach and brown rice. |

| Diva Beaver Join Date: May 2008 Location: vancouver island BC | 3 bonless skinless chicken breasts cut into small strips or chunks mangos cubed into very small peices brocoli cauliflower onion fresh garlic carrots fry it all up with low fat cooking spray and voila a delicious stirfry that is great tasting and awesoem for you.... serve with brown rice or whatever you prefer!!! quick easy and awesome LOL |
