Layered Greek Dip

My favorite Greek Dip recipe

8 oz (250g) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup (125mL) mayonnaise
1 cup (250mL) chopped tomatoes
1 cup (250mL) chopped, peeled and seeded cucumber
1 cup (250mL) sliced black Greek olives
1/4 cup (60mL) chopped red onion
1/2 cup (125mL) chopped green pepper
1/2 cup (125mL) crumbled feta cheese

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until well blended.
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over a 9" (23cm) (high sided) serving platter.
Top with tomatoes, cucumber, olives, red onion and green pepper.
Sprinkle feta cheese over top.
(Taste best cold so chill in fridge for a little while (covered))
Serve with grilled pita bread or crackers.
Serves 6-8
