| Bargain Diva Beaver  Join Date: Oct 2007 Location: Calgary Alberta |  SPINACH & STRAWBERRY SALAD Recipe SPINACH & STRAWBERRY SALAD 1 SM ONION 1 1/2 CUP SUGAR 1 TSP DRY MUSTARD 2 TSP SALT 3/4 CUP VINEGAR 2 CUPS SALAD OIL 2 TSP POPPYSEEDS Pace onion in blender and chop. Add sugar, dry mustard, salt and vinegar to onion. Blend well. Add salad oil a little at a time, and blend well after each addition. Pour into jar and add poppyseeds. Refridgerate. Shake well before pouring over spinach and sliced strawberries.
