Ingredients:
1 pkg (510 g) Pillsbury* Refrigerated Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Chunk, or Chocolate Explosion* Cookies
1 tub (1 L) any flavour ice cream
Assorted coloured Valentine candies
Pink and white sprinkles

<LI class=methodstep>Heat oven to 350°F (180°C). <LI class=methodstep>Prepare 18 large cookies according to package directions. Bake and cool completely. <LI class=methodstep>For each sandwich, turn one cookie upside down. Place a rounded scoop of ice cream in the centre of the cookie; flatten slightly. Place a second cookie on ice cream. On a flat surface, gently press cookies together to form an ice cream sandwich. Ice cream should spread to edge of cookies. Quickly place sandwiches on plate, cover with foil. Repeat with remaining cookies.
Freeze until firm (at least 2 hours).

For an interesting twist, roll out cookie dough and use a heart shaped cookie cutter to mak heart cookies or use vanilla/light colored ice cream and soften ice cream ahead of time and add red food coloring and stir well, refreeze ice cream

or add sprinkles and candy to the ice cream

ok im trying not to gain 100 lbs but everytime i come on here someone posts somthin that sdounds soooo yummy it kicks in the cravings
