Slushy vodka watermelon lemonade

(Freeze watermelon before making)

Ingredients:

3/4 c. lemon juice (about 4 lemons)
1/2 c. granulated sugar
4 c. cubed seeded watermelon, frozen
4 c. ice cubes
1 c. vodka

• In microwavable measuring cup, microwave lemon juice with sugar at high for 1 minute. Whisk syrup until sugar is dissolved.

• In blender, blend half each of the cubed watermelon, ice cubes, vodka and lemon syrup until smooth; pour into serving pitcher.
• Repeat with remaining ingredients; stir into pitcher to blend.

Note: To make non-alcoholic, substitute 1c. water for vodka.
I actually like it better without the alcohol!
