My family is quiet and content when I make

No Peek Casserole

2 to 3 lbs stewing beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 Cup gingerale
1 package Lipton Onion soup

Heat oven to 300. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into casserole dish and cover. Bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Serve of noodles or rice.

I got this off of another board. I always find the best recipes are the ones you get from friends!!

My spaghetti bolognaise :P
The meat sauce is really simple:
1 pound of beef mince
1 large onion, diced fine
1 small can of tomato paste, works well with crushed tomatos as well
Fry up the meat til it browns, then toss in the onions, keep frying til the onions are nice and soft, toss a bit of salt and pepper in there, i put about half a tsp of garlic salt in too.
Dump the whole can of paste in, plus a can of warm water, turn down the heat to about medium and mix it all up, cover it up and let it simmer until the water reduces, or gets to a consistency of your liking, i personally like my meat sauce quite thick.
Serves two people with some leftovers (i do this on purpose as hubby likes to take some to work) or three people :P

I assume everyone knows how to boil spaghetti :P

Smile Easy Desert

This receipe is really easy to make and fast
1 box of Instant pudding mix( ( we like butterscotch
1 -2 sleeves of unsalted crackers
1 pkg of Whip Cream ( can use the cool whip)
Optional - handful or so of toasted coconut

Mix up pudding mix as directed
Line 9x9 pan with crackers
Pour pudding mix on crackers (easy)
Top with whipped cream
Spinkle with toasted coconut
Refrigerate until ready to eat

You can make this any size you want by just doubling
9x9 usually only takes one sleeve of crackers.

deviled eggs are a good choice too, really easy hard boil a dozen or so eggs, let cool, de-shell, put all the egg yolks into a bowl, mash up real good add mayo, pepper, chopped celery or green onions and paprika or cayenne. pipe yolk mix into empty egg whites add sprinkle of paprika or cayenne to top and rock on!! always a hit

ugh anything but brocoli soup, i tried it at camp when i was young and i think i threw up after. My creepy old best friend LOOOVVVEEEEEDDDD it and ate like 6 bowls. I can still smell the nastyness of it to this day. Worst experience of my life.

And then at camp we were having blts for lunch. Me and a different best friend go to have anothers sandwich (because we only ate halves) and put mayo on our bread and it turned out that there was no bacon or tomato left!! then we had to throw it in this bucket called "food waste" and if there was no food waste we got to have a dance. So this camp councellor gets mad at us and was like "your not really going to throw it in there are you" go eat it. were like "theres no bacon left!" and he's like so? we threw it in and ran away before he would make us eat mayo sandwiches!!

sorry the blts dont really relate but i guess what im trying to say is make sure you have enough!!
