Nothing much, all you do is that it shows up on a friends facebook profile, iy usually costs about a dollar. This should have been in the Virtual Freebies section.

When you log on to Facebook, on the right they should be a box that talks about gifts, and most of the time the free one is there. The Wal-Mart ghost one if still avaible should be around the end of the gift catalog.
