I did this awhile ago and got a $10 Chapters Gift Card so they are legit.

I tried it out, wrote 2 reviews & then I clicked enroll.. not sure if it worked or not but I can't wait to receive my gift card!

My last gift card took about 3 weeks as they are usually flooded by reviews. Also when I emailed them they sent a reply back within a day. Happy reviewing!

Yeah i sent them a email with my mailing info and im sure it was correct.. i dont think they replied though..
