Bzz agent howdy CFS fans !I friend gave me this link about a year ago, you test stuff for companies, all free to keep. You can also fill out surveys on the site that give you points to redeem. I have tested a few things, the best was the $90 Sonicare rechargeable toothbrush!!!! Most of the time you have to check on the site to see what campaigns you can join, sometimes they e-mail you. Don't forget to fill everything out in the profile and such as it is kinda like info about you so they know what campaigns you might info, and if you have kids, fill out that area as well

I was wondering if anyone could help me with this...
I did my first Bzz campaign yesterday for the Gay Lea Spreadable Butter and I reported that I had buzzed 4 people. I put the 4 incidents etc. that I had buzzed on the same page. Just wondering if I did it right.
As well...it says I have 8 days left and still they have not received my report??? Did it work? Does this happen to anyone? Does it take a few days for your report to show that it went through? It said if you are on this page after you press submit then it did go through and it was on that page....
Thanks for any advice you might have:spot:

It sometimes takes the reviewers awhile to review your report and considering that you sent in 4 it might take them a bit to sort though your report. It might be better for your score to report your bzz in separate reports then your reports can be reviewed separately and may be processed quicker

you just report on the instance. for example
Yesterday I bzzed my sister, her husband and their child at the same time (we all had a conversation)
I put people bzzed = 3
how many people heard of it before = 0
how long did it last = 15 minutes
My bzz would be something like this = Yesterday my sister and her family came over to visit. I reminded them that I was a Bzz agent and told them I was really excited to introduce them to gay lea spreadables butter. We talked about the nutrition and they all agreed that was a big selling point. I gave her a coupon and asked her to try it out for herself. This morning she called me and told me she had bought some with the coupon and loved it. she is making the switch.
You don't do one report for each person but each instance. let's say after this conversation you called your mother on the phone and talked to her about it, you would report that too. ect ect.

This is for the people that say they have not gotten any campaigns yet.
They base their campaigns on the answers in the survey/questionnaires. you have to do all of them and fit their criteria. how do you know the right answer? you don't so it's best to answer honestly. I have heard of some people having two accounts (one in their name and one in the husbands for example) and one of the account has answers they think will get them the most campaigns. I made an account once for my hubby and answered the questions for him and was invited into the capitol one campaign right away. i didn't join and got tired of filling out double of the surveys so I Haven;t been to his account in a while. i also think it's a little dishonest so I quit (if he wants to be a bzzagent he can fill out his own forms lol)
but the big thing about getting into campaigns in the surveys. you have to do them all and you never know when our first campaign will start.Free videogame still available at Goozex. Many game systems!!!

i agree with annchan
i think also what campaigns you get invited to is dependent on what fits your profile, i didn't get the oreo one or the capital one but i got the nestea one, the butter one and now the whitestrips. some surveys i filled out didn't apply to me, such as those pertaining to children and some household ones. i've never referred anyone and have rarely visited the pond but i still get campaigns, i'd recommend being patient and continue to be an active member of the site, if any of you are disappointed with not getting any campaigns or are badmouthing bzzagent then perhaps it's not the site for you

Also I should add, I really don't do frogpond either. I signed up to be a Buzz agent in the beginning of January, and got my first campaign less than 2 weeks later. I have since been part of GayLee Butter, Capital One, Oreo Cakesters and more recently Crest Whitestrips. I was offered the Panasonic headset campain, but you had to buy the headset at 75% off the regular price, which is good, but I really hadno use for one so I didn't do it. I try to give at least 5 Bzz reports for each campaign. I really think that the reason I am getting so many is the surveys I fill out. I just happen to meet their criteria (married, working mom, 2 young children, etc.). That is what it is...I meet the criteria. So, therefore, if you don't meet it then, by all means resign from the site, cancel your membership, and quit coming on here and badmouthing. We are all quite willing to help each other get campaigns (e.g., by clicking on frogpong links). I think Bzz Agent is a great site and that is all I have to say!

has anyone sent a review of the product that didn't show it in the best light? the whitestrips campaign has not gotten the best reviews from the people i've bzzed
i'm sure that's what they want, a mix of good reviews and bad to help them to improve the product, i just wondered if anyone else has sent a negative review.
ETA: there is a good commentary on the beelog http://blog.bzzagent.com/ for those who don't understand how they pick for campaigns, here's a quick post, there are 2 parts to it
Since your first day at BzzAgent you’ve been asked to fill out surveys (we call them polls) about many aspects of your life. This, with the rest of your profile, constitutes your demographic and psychographic information. Also, as you take part in programs, we learn more and more about your likes and dislikes; which products you really get active with and which you don’t. All of that gets noted so we can give you great campaigns that fit your profile going forward.
When our business development team speaks with a client, they determine the needs of the program, and ultimately what the campaign selection criteria is. That criteria is delivered to the client services group, who sets the campaign up to fulfill the expectations. It can be as simple as Campaign A : Female 20-38, living in dense suburban areas, with 1+ child or get much more complicated and targeted than that. Let’s take the example of a campaign that ran when I started at BzzAgent. Campaign B was a pretty wide beam campaign that included Male/Female 18-49 but only in four ‘metros’: Boston, Cleveland, Detroit and NYC. Often we’ll be asked to find Agents who like cats or drive fast cars or like to eat broccoli. So, eat your greens…
So I would recommend reading the beelog once in a while just to keep in top of things

I got this in an email today
will have to remember to do this
Login to BzzAgent.com on May 22 for details
Greetings BzzAgent
You and your peers have asked for more, so get ready for more. We've made some tremendous improvements to your BzzAgent experience - specifically we're revamping our entire rewards and ranking and tiering platforms.
To make way for these improvements, we're getting rid of BzzPoints - and you MUST transition your BzzPoints or they will be gone forever! Transitioning them will give you access to immediate rewards from 100+ retailers and restaurants, so you don't want to miss this. Here are your options for action before June 9:
To keep your BzzPoints:
* Login between May 22 and June 8
* Tell us to transfer your points
* Starting June 9, redeem those points for rewards from 100+ retailers and restaurants
To decline your BzzPoints:
* Login before June 9 and tell us you want your points to expire (now why would you ever want that to happen?)
* If you don't tell us one way or the other, your points will automatically expire on June 9
As part of the transition, we're offering a fun bonus: a limited number of Golden Keys will be available for 200 BzzPoints (one per Agent, first come, first served).
To find out more and get a head start on the new rewards system, mark your calendar and login to BzzAgent.com on May 22.
Whatever you do, login before June 9. After that all BzzPoints will be erased from the system - and we want to make sure everyone who wants something gets something, so don't miss out!
See you soon!

You complete BzzAgent surveys and polls
You take part in activities presented by MyPoints on their own site
You receive Womlets when:

Rewards(MyPoints)

Womlets

hmm... Still haven't received the beech nut kit - was hoping it would come in this week as I'm expecting a dozen toddlers (and their grown-ups) over for a birthday party this weekend so it would have been great! I guess there is still one more day! <fingers crossed>
On the up side, got the early invite to Nesquik Less Sugar Drinking Boxes campaign! Have never tried or even looked at that particular product so will be interesting to see how it compares to the juice boxes I send to preschool every day in terms of sugar/calories, etc.

It's totally free for most campaigns, but there are some that you have to pay for if you are intrested in trying product. (ex: game wave video game system, retails $99.99, but through bzzz you pay $29.99)
You need to write at least 2 or 3 reports per campaign, but the more people you spread the word to, and the more good reports you file the more likely you are to recieve invites to new campaigns.
