I have just earned a golden key but I don't know how to use it. I looked at the campaigns going on but I don't see any key beside them. I don't get it????

I have a golden key and I didn't get it at first too. I e-mailed Jono and they explained the campaigns that have a yellow golden key beside them are what you can use it on. In the last 2 months I have only seen one and I didn't want to participate in it. They will not e-mail you with elegible campaigns- you must log on an look for them. I think they are few and far between. I want to use my golden key asap as I am sure you do too. Happy BZZING!

Thanks for the info. So I just keep logging in an go to the list of campaigns and see if any has a key beside it...that's it? Yah, I hate waiting too

Yes, that is it. I have only seen one so far and it is a tiny yellow key beside the campaign.

You get points by Bzzing other people. Tell them about the product. Share it with someone, give them a coupon, etc. Then log onto BzzAgent and summit a Bzz Report. You get points for every report you do. The more detailed your report, the more points you get. Check out the training section on that site it is really helpful. Also check you welcome Bzz kit for more details of how to Bzz people. Hope this helps. What is your campaign?

What?? I would e-mail JONO- that is crazy. They always repond to your e-mails and really quickly too usually by the next day.

I've been a member for about a year and am on my second campaign. I've done Nicorettes and now Garnier face cream. I'd probably get more campaigns but I'm not on their site all that much. I'll have to work on that.

I joined BzzAgent this week, so I'm still learning more about it, but I'm not sure if I should be doing anything else, because it seems a bit too simple if all I have to do is go to my BzzAgent home and fill in the surveys, which is what I have been doing. Is there anything else that I need to do? I don't know anything about Frogpond, is that important? And I've only had one set of surveys, which I filled out on the first day, and every since then I haven't been asked to do anymore...is that normal?
