Survival Kits

Survival Kits The Cancer Recovery Foundation of Canada has put together two Survival Kits - one for women and one for men. Each contain the following that we are happy to send to you free of charge for those dealing with cancer.

A voluntary donation in support of the Survival Kits is welcome. Please use the form below to submit your kit request.
