I e-mailed them and they had told me they noticed the glitch & they were currently working on it. They had also said when the issue was resolved they would e-mail me to let me know.

When I tried to fill out the form it didn't recognize the community I live in.
Finally worked when I used my sister-in-law's address - which is just as well since the potty training stuff is for my niece LOL

Hope it comes since she loves Dora!
