To join the program, teens must contact the Énergie Cardio center they want to sign up at and make an appointment to register. They must be accompanied by a parent (registration only) and present a picture ID confirming their age.
Free access to the center is before 6pm, Monday to Sunday.
Teens must respect Énergie Cardio’s rules and procedures just like any other member.
In addition to having access to the Énergie Cardio network, the youths have the chance of winning one of Sports Experts’ two $250 purchase vouchers, as well as a Xbox Kinect set valued at $450.
